Tai Chi - Tai Chi Chris Koch has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 10 years. He holds ranking in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art). Classes will include both the practice of Qi Gong (Chi energy development) and Tai Chi (Chi energy movement) with focus on developing/improving breathing, balance, flexibility and overall health. Other topics will include Chi Meridian stimulation, primary body organ stimulation, and acupressure for pain relief, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and self-defense applications.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Vinyasa Flow Yoga Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where breath and movement flow together in a sequence of postures. Each class is unique, often set to music, and designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus while creating a moving meditation on the mat. The class is usually 60 minutes and consists of a 15 minute warm up with grounding and breathwork, 30 minutes of dynamic movement that builds isometric strength and flexibility, and 15 minute cool down with deep stretching and rest. Intermediate Gymnastics is designed for children with gymnastics experience who are able to perform the required prerequisite skills. Students are introduced to new skills from USAG level 1 and 2 as they build upon fundamental skills and fine-tune their technique. Class curriculum encourages taking calculated risks, setting personal goals, and celebrating individual and peer progress. Tiny Tumbles Gymnastics - Preschool Gymnastics (ages 3-5 y) Tumble Buddies: Ages 18 months-3 years (adult & child class)In Tumble Buddies, little ones explore their new surroundings and participate in partnered activities with their caregivers. Music and props create an engaging classroom setting while teaching body awareness, fine and gross motor skills, and creative expression. Children are introduced to fundamental gymnastics skills through exciting challenges and activities. This class aims to nurture physical and social-emotional development and equip children to participate in independent gymnastics classes.Preschool Gymnastics: Ages 3-5 years (independent participation)In Preschool Gymnastics, caregivers observe class from a distance, giving children the space to practice independence and strengthen their social skills. Props and instruments are used as tools for introducing fundamental gymnastics skills, improving balance and muscle control, building strength and body awareness, and bringing the class curriculum to life. This class aims to foster autonomy and self-confidence, emphasize direction following, turn taking, and problem solving, and nurture both physical and social-emotional development.
Beginner Gymnastics: Ages 5-10 yearsBeginner Gymnastics is designed for children who have no prior experience or are still at the beginner level. Children learn basic gymnastics skills from USAG level 0 and 1 and focus on honing these skills. Class curriculum offers students the opportunity to add to their repertoire of physical capabilities and channel their boundless energy in a fun and safe setting. Students participate in age-appropriate skill stations and challenges that promote agility, coordination, and concentration alongside their peers. This class aims to introduce gymnastics basics, foster self-confidence, promote teamwork, strengthen social skills, and equip students to move up to the intermediate class.
Intermediate Gymnastics*: Ages 5-10 years
Intermediate Gymnastics is designed for children with gymnastics experience who are able to perform the required prerequisite skills. Students are introduced to new skills from USAG level 1 and 2 as they build upon fundamental skills and fine-tune their technique. Class curriculum encourages taking calculated risks, setting personal goals, and celebrating individual and peer progress.
