Chris Koch has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 10 years.  He holds ranking in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art). Classes will include both the practice of Qi Gong (Chi energy development) and Tai Chi (Chi energy movement) with focus on developing/improving breathing, balance, flexibility and overall health. Other topics will include Chi Meridian stimulation, primary body organ stimulation, and acupressure for pain relief, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and self-defense applications.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where breath and movement flow together in a sequence of postures. Each class is unique, often set to music, and designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus while creating a moving meditation on the mat. The class is usually 60 minutes and consists of a 15 minute warm up with grounding and breathwork, 30 minutes of dynamic movement that builds isometric strength and flexibility, and 15 minute cool down with deep stretching and rest. Classes will be challenging but modifications will be offered to fit all levels.Drop-ins $20

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where breath and movement flow together in a sequence of postures. Each class is unique, often set to music, and designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus while creating a moving meditation on the mat. The class is usually 60 minutes and consists of a 15 minute warm up with grounding and breathwork, 30 minutes of dynamic movement that builds isometric strength and flexibility, and 15 minute cool down with deep stretching and rest. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where breath and movement flow together in a sequence of postures. Each class is unique, often set to music, and designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus while creating a moving meditation on the mat. The class is usually 60 minutes and consists of a 15 minute warm up with grounding and breathwork, 30 minutes of dynamic movement that builds isometric strength and flexibility, and 15 minute cool down with deep stretching and rest. Chris Koch has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 10 years.  He holds ranking in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art). Classes will include both the practice of Qi Gong (Chi energy development) and Tai Chi (Chi energy movement) with focus on developing/improving breathing, balance, flexibility and overall health. Other topics will include Chi Meridian stimulation, primary body organ stimulation, and acupressure for pain relief, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and self-defense applications.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where breath and movement flow together in a sequence of postures. Each class is unique, often set to music, and designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus while creating a moving meditation on the mat. The class is usually 60 minutes and consists of a 15 minute warm up with grounding and breathwork, 30 minutes of dynamic movement that builds isometric strength and flexibility, and 15 minute cool down with deep stretching and rest. Classes will be challenging but modifications will be offered to fit all levels.Drop-ins $20
