Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Vinyasa Flow Yoga Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where breath and movement flow together in a sequence of postures. Each class is unique, often set to music, and designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus while creating a moving meditation on the mat. The class is usually 60 minutes and consists of a 15 minute warm up with grounding and breathwork, 30 minutes of dynamic movement that builds isometric strength and flexibility, and 15 minute cool down with deep stretching and rest. Classes will be challenging but modifications will be offered to fit all levels.Drop-ins $20
