Chris Koch has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 10 years.  He holds ranking in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art). Classes will include both the practice of Qi Gong (Chi energy development) and Tai Chi (Chi energy movement) with focus on developing/improving breathing, balance, flexibility and overall health. Other topics will include Chi Meridian stimulation, primary body organ stimulation, and acupressure for pain relief, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and self-defense applications.

Have you ever wanted to star in a play you helped create? Join us this Spring, as students learn all about theatre by doing it themselves!  Creative Theatre is the perfect class for you! Children are guided, by the instructors, through a process where they play theatre games, create a story, and work together to make that story into a working theatrical production. The participants create their own character, plot, props, costumes, title, and everything else that's needed to make the production complete. You get to play the part you have always dreamed of!   The final day is a performance of their original play for parents, family, and anyone else who wishes to come.

Topics include Introduction to Boating, Safety Equipment, Safe Operation and Navigation, Boating Emergencies, Trailering, Sports and Boating as well as Boating Law. This course is provided by the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 053-17-2. The participants create their own character, plot, props, costumes, title, and everything else that's needed to make the production complete. Chris Koch has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 10 years.  He holds ranking in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art). Classes will include both the practice of Qi Gong (Chi energy development) and Tai Chi (Chi energy movement) with focus on developing/improving breathing, balance, flexibility and overall health. The attendees will be taught the basics of snare drumming through more advanced techniques when ready as well as some music theory.  My background includes lessons with the lead percussionist from the Boston Pops, to playing in orchestra pits for musicals such as the King and I, Music Man and Showboat to being on the Syracuse University Marching Band snare drum line.  The following will be needed as well:·       Practice pad and drum sticks for beginners.  It can be purchased on Amazon for about a total of $20.·       Music Book: Alfred's Drum Method, Book 1.  It can be purchased on Amazon for 12.99. Have you ever wanted to star in a play you helped create? Join us this Spring, as students learn all about theatre by doing it themselves!  Creative Theatre is the perfect class for you! Children are guided, by the instructors, through a process where they play theatre games, create a story, and work together to make that story into a working theatrical production. The participants create their own character, plot, props, costumes, title, and everything else that's needed to make the production complete. You get to play the part you have always dreamed of!   The final day is a performance of their original play for parents, family, and anyone else who wishes to come.

Chris Koch has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 10 years.  He holds ranking in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art). Classes will include both the practice of Qi Gong (Chi energy development) and Tai Chi (Chi energy movement) with focus on developing/improving breathing, balance, flexibility and overall health. The attendees will be taught the basics of snare drumming through more advanced techniques when ready as well as some music theory.  My background includes lessons with the lead percussionist from the Boston Pops, to playing in orchestra pits for musicals such as the King and I, Music Man and Showboat to being on the Syracuse University Marching Band snare drum line.  The following will be needed as well:·       Practice pad and drum sticks for beginners.  It can be purchased on Amazon for about a total of $20.·       Music Book: Alfred's Drum Method, Book 1.  It can be purchased on Amazon for 12.99. The participants create their own character, plot, props, costumes, title, and everything else that's needed to make the production complete. You get to play the part you have always dreamed of!   The final day is a performance of their original play for parents, family, and anyone else who wishes to come.

Your child will be introduced to the concepts of teammates, teamwork, and spacing, along with fun skill-building games and activities. Each class will include dynamic movements involving dribbling techniques with change-of-direction moves to promote confidence, footwork, and ball control. Imaginative themes are still utilized to keep children engaged and improving without feeling like they are just running drills.
