Players will learn skills, physical literacy, build self-confidence, and develop teamwork in every class. Certified coaches lead age-specific programs with low kid-to-coach rations for children.Ages 2-3Soccer classes at this age are an exciting physical learning experience allowing your child to improve their natural ability in a fun and engaging way, with aspects of parent participation incorporated into the curriculum. Tai Chi - Intermediate Level Tai Chi Chris Koch has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 10 years. He holds ranking in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art). Classes will include both the practice of Qi Gong (Chi energy development) and Tai Chi (Chi energy movement) with focus on developing/improving breathing, balance, flexibility and overall health. Other topics will include Chi Meridian stimulation, primary body organ stimulation, and acupressure for pain relief, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and self-defense applications.

Tai Chi - Beginner Tai Chi Class Chris Koch has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 10 years. He holds ranking in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art). Classes will include both the practice of Qi Gong (Chi energy development) and Tai Chi (Chi energy movement) with focus on developing/improving breathing, balance, flexibility and overall health. Other topics will include Chi Meridian stimulation, primary body organ stimulation, and acupressure for pain relief, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and self-defense applications.
