Drum Lessons - Drum Lessons The program will be for 7–12 year-old. The attendees will be taught the basics of snare drumming through more advanced techniques when ready as well as some music theory. My background includes lessons with the lead percussionist from the Boston Pops, to playing in orchestra pits for musicals such as the King and I, Music Man and Showboat to being on the Syracuse University Marching Band snare drum line. The following will be needed as well:· Practice pad and drum sticks for beginners. It can be purchased on Amazon for about a total of $20.· Music Book: Alfred's Drum Method, Book 1. It can be purchased on Amazon for 12.99. I recommend the paperback version as it can be written on during the lessons.Private Lessons*

Creative Theatre (spring) - Creative Theatre (spring) Have you ever wanted to star in a play you helped create? Join us this Spring, as students learn all about theatre by doing it themselves! Creative Theatre is the perfect class for you! Children are guided, by the instructors, through a process where they play theatre games, create a story, and work together to make that story into a working theatrical production. The participants create their own character, plot, props, costumes, title, and everything else that's needed to make the production complete. You get to play the part you have always dreamed of! The final day is a performance of their original play for parents, family, and anyone else who wishes to come.
