Tai Chi - Beginner Tai Chi Class Chris Koch has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 10 years. He holds ranking in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art). Classes will include both the practice of Qi Gong (Chi energy development) and Tai Chi (Chi energy movement) with focus on developing/improving breathing, balance, flexibility and overall health. Other topics will include Chi Meridian stimulation, primary body organ stimulation, and acupressure for pain relief, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and self-defense applications.

Tai Chi - Beginner Tai Chi Class Chris Koch has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 10 years. He holds ranking in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art). Classes will include both the practice of Qi Gong (Chi energy development) and Tai Chi (Chi energy movement) with focus on developing/improving breathing, balance, flexibility and overall health. Other topics will include Chi Meridian stimulation, primary body organ stimulation, and acupressure for pain relief, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and self-defense applications.

Boat America - Boat America UNITED STATES COAST GUARD AUXILIARY
Boat America is a boating certificate class that offers an in-depth and interesting boating safety course, and provides the knowledge needed to obtain a boating certificate. Become a PA state-certified boat operator. The certificate earned in PA is state authorized and is accepted in all states (including New Jersey) where required for operation of powered vessels including personal watercraft (jet skis, etc.). US Coast Guard Auxiliary, Flotilla 17-2 instructors will provide an introduction to boating, safety equipment, safe operation and navigation, boating emergencies, trailering and general regulatory information.
Family Discount for 3 or more family members
Each registrant would pay the full fee and the Auxiliary would reimburse any eligible registrants on the day of the class. USPR would still receive the full fee/student. It would be $40 for the first student and $30 for each additional family member.
This is a minimum eight-hour requirement for a state certificate.
