We regret to inform the community that our 5th Annual Touch-A-Truck Event has been canceled due to ongoing construction and limited access to the parking lot area. Unfortunately, the construction zone has created safety and accessibility concerns that prevent us from hosting the event as planned. We know many families were looking forward to this special day, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Bring the whole family to our exciting 5th annual Free Touch-A-Truck Event! This fun-filled event is perfect for kids and adults alike. Get up close and personal with a variety of awesome vehicles, including fire trucks, police cars, construction equipment, and more. Climb aboard, honk the horns, and explore the machinery that helps keep our community running. There will also be:Meet-and-Greet: Interact with local heroes like firefighters, police officers, and other professionals.Photo Opportunities: Snap memorable pictures with the vehicles.Kid-Friendly Activities: Enjoy face painting, games, and giveaways.Food and Drinks: Delicious snacks and beverages will be available for purchase.This event is free and open to the public! Don't miss this chance to engage with your community and experience the thrill of sitting in the driver’s seat of your favorite vehicles.During 11am and 12pm a special sensory hour with limited noise is held for those with sensory-sensitive children. The AARP Smart Driver course is the nation’s first refresher course specifically designed for drivers age 50 and older. In many states, drivers may benefit from a discount on their auto insurance premium upon completing the course. And you will learn something new along the way.
