Menopause
The purpose of this workshop is to help participants increase their knowledge about perimenopause and menopause and to explore the ways in which this life stage may impact one’s physical, psychological and sexual wellbeing.
The presenters will encourage attendees to utilize different lifestyles strategies to help enable a sense of personal agency during this time.
A safe, confidential environment will be established at the beginning of the workshop.
