Crochet Class
Curious about crochet? This class is designed especially for adult beginners! Whether you’ve never held a hook or want a fresh start with the basics, this hands-on course will guide you step by step through the fundamentals of crochet.
 
In a relaxed and supportive setting, you’ll learn essential skills including how to hold your hook and yarn, make foundation chains, work basic stitches (like single, half-double, and double crochet), and read simple patterns.
 
What You’ll Learn:
  • Session 1:Tools, yarn, and tension basics; chain stitch and single crochet
  • Session 2:Half-double and double crochet stitches; turning rows
  • Session 3:Pattern reading, counting stitches, and troubleshooting mistakes
  • Session 4: Creating a small project (dishcloth, cowl, or fingerless mittens) and finishing techniques

Bring to first class size H 5mm hook and skein of worsted weight yarn (no chenille please)
