Have you been looking for a way to combine cardio and strength training exercises together to improve your health and strengthen your body? This 45 minute KBK class does just that by using only a kettlebell and your body weight.

Please bring your own kettleball or two
One that you are able to lift comfortably over your head with one hand and another that you are able to life comfortably with 2 hands
