This hitt style formatted class is a full body workout achieved by using timed sets for upper body , lower body and core exercises with a 1 minute cardio drill to keep the heart rate up and the calories burning .
This class is always different , never the same and meant to challenge you with compound body moves for you to see the results you want this Spring .
We will use dumbells, band , balls which you are required to bring ( or can purchase from instructor) as well as other equipment that will be provided for you .Great workout for men and women as well as kids 15 and older .
