Catch a Never "MISS A MONDAY" class at either 6:45 am or 6:45 Pm in the Carriage House
This session is for those who made resolutions, have goals and want to keep their promises to themselves
Each 45 minute session will start you off with 10 minutes of a stretch following a great combination of total body weight exercises for cardio and strength . Bringing a set of dumbbells is recommended but not necessary
