Come join us for a hands-on cooking experience using plant based menus with organic foods. Chef Susan has been cooking and teaching Whole Foods for over 15 years. She is a graduate of the Natural Kitchen Cooking School, Princeton NJ. She has also trained with Emmy winner and Author Chef Christina Pirello at Drexel University.

Class one: Creamy Squash, Apple, Leek Soup, Quinoa Salad topped with Chickpeas and Veggies in a Garlic Dressing
Class Two: Miso Soup loaded with Fall vegetables, Japanese Noodles with pickled vegetables and Ginger
Class Three: Lemony Poached Pears and Walnuts. Almond Chocolate Balls. Flavored Tea
A $17 material fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of each class
